Terms of Use
1. About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of en.soliton.studio (the “Website”), operated by SOLITON (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
2. What the Website is
The Website presents our design, development and digital marketing services and examples of our work. It is free to use, requires no registration and does not sell goods or accept payments.
3. Prices and information
Prices on the Website are indicative “from” figures for budgeting purposes only. They exclude any applicable taxes and are not a binding offer.
The final price, scope, timeline and payment terms are agreed individually and set out in a written contract. Timeframes shown reflect typical projects. Case study details describe each project as it was when our work was completed; we are not responsible for later changes made by the project owners.
4. Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or oblige us to provide services. We may decline an enquiry at our discretion, for example if it contains inaccurate details, spam or unlawful content. We aim to reply within one business day, but this is not guaranteed.
5. Intellectual property
The Website’s design, code, text and compilation belong to SOLITON or are used with permission. You may view the content and share links to it. You may not copy, adapt, republish or scrape the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Trade marks, names and logos of third parties shown in our case studies belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify work we performed. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or partnership. If you believe content on the Website infringes your rights, write to info@soliton.studio and we will review your request promptly.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the Website, bypass its security, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, overload its infrastructure or submit unlawful content through its forms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw it at any time. Information on the Website is general and is not professional advice for your specific situation. We are not responsible for external websites linked from ours.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
8. Privacy
Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
9. Disputes
If you have a concern about the Website, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly by email. Services we provide are governed by the terms of the individual contract, including its provisions on governing law and dispute resolution.
