This Privacy Policy explains how SOLITON, a digital design and development studio (“SOLITON”, “we”, “us”), collects and uses personal information when you visit en.soliton.studio (the “Website”) or contact us through it.

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and keep the Website running.

We do not ask for payment card details, identity documents or any special categories of personal data through the Website. Please do not send them to us.
3. How we use your information
- to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project;
- to prepare an estimate, a proposal and a work plan;
- to enter into and perform a contract with you or your company;
- to keep the Website secure, prevent spam and fix technical problems;
- to understand, in aggregate, how the Website is used — only if analytics is enabled and you have agreed to it;
- to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

- Steps before a contract and performance of a contract — answering your enquiry, preparing an estimate and delivering the work;

- Legitimate interests — keeping the Website secure and working, and keeping a record of our communications;
- Legal obligation — keeping records required by tax and accounting rules.
5. Sharing your information
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the Website and our business, and only to the extent they need it:

When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to enquiries and up-to-date software. Fonts and scripts are served with the Website itself rather than loaded from third-party networks. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if an incident occurs.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information deleted;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- receive your information in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;

The Website is intended for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
