Consent to Data Processing
This is the full wording of the consent you give by ticking the box in a form on the Website. The box is never pre-ticked, and the form cannot be sent without it.
1. Who receives your data
Your information is received by SOLITON, the studio operating en.soliton.studio (“we”, “us”). Contact: info@soliton.studio.
2. What you agree to
By ticking the box and sending the form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree that we may use the information you submit for the purposes below.
3. Information covered
- your name and, if provided, your company name;
- your email address, phone number and/or Telegram handle;
- your message and the services you selected;
- the page you submitted from, the date and time, how you arrived at the Website, and technical browser data.
4. Purposes
- reviewing your enquiry and replying through the contact details you gave;
- preparing an estimate, a proposal and a work plan;
- discussing, concluding and performing an agreement for our services.
This consent does not cover marketing messages.
5. Service providers
We may share your information with the service providers that help us handle enquiries, such as our hosting and email providers, as described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Duration and withdrawal
Your consent remains valid until the purposes are achieved or for the retention periods set out in the Privacy Policy, whichever is shorter. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing info@soliton.studio with the subject line “Withdraw consent”. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
7. Record of consent
We keep a record of when you gave consent, the wording shown to you and the page you used, solely to demonstrate that your consent was obtained.
